Hidden Cove

Asaph Creek has 2 branches that travel for miles through deep forest and rocky coves like this one, before coming together as one stream. Then it flows a few more miles before it empties into Pine Creek. I have wandered this stream and its branches for 45 years or more, gaining inspiration and gathering reference material in the form of sketches and photos for my paintings. But this place is the only one that I have not returned to for a second or third look. I simply couldn’t find it. It is definitely a “Hidden Cove”.
